The Innovation Hub is equipped with 5 conference rooms, outdoor event space options, and a huge warehouse. Conference room/classroom equipped with presentation televisions and dry-erase walls. Host your next event on our rooftop deck! From here, you can see it all (Masonic building, Mary Baldwin, numerous historic churches, Stonewall Jackson Motel, Clocktower, Blackburn Inn) and host an unforgettable gathering. Our warehouse has over 2000 square feet of space with a capacity of 162 people. There is a basic kitchen area to one side (no cooking facilities), which is available for caterers or clients to use. Client is responsible for all linens, decor, food, beverages, and applicable beverage licenses. hour minimum reservation required, only during evenings and weekends unless special permission is given. $200/hr **discount offered to SIH members, contact management for details**
This space is a 286 square foot,10-12 person conference room. The room is equipped with two 60" displays, Logitec video conference equipment, and whiteboard walls/table. The conference room is located on the first floor of the 11 N Central Building, in the warehouse, lower mezzanine. $35/hr, no minimum, discount to members
This space is a 282 square foot,10-12 person conference room. The room is equipped with two 60" displays, and whiteboard walls/table. The conference room is located on the first floor of the 11 N Central Building, in the warehouse, upper mezzanine (NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE) $35/hr, no minimum, discounts for members
This space is a 153 square foot, 6 person conference room. The room is equipped with a 60" display and whiteboard walls. The conference room is located on the first floor of the 11 N Central Building, just inside the Central Ave entrance. $30/hr, no minimum, discount for members
This space is a 174 square foot, 8 person conference room. The room is equipped with a 60" display, Logitec video conference equipment, and whiteboard walls. The conference room is located on the second floor of the 11 N Central Building, just off the elevator to the left. $30/hr, no minimum, discount for members
This space is a 12-15 person conference room, that has two 50" displays. The room is also equipped with a speaker phone, video conference camera, whiteboard walls, and an area just outside the room to set up a snack/beverage station. The conference room is located upstairs in 32 North (not ADA accessible). $30/hr, no minimum, discount for members
